The Resolution determines that the chief task of the Inquiry Panel is to finding out of the circumstances concerning "the announcement on the poisoning of the candidate for the post of the President if Ukraine and Yushchenko Viktor Andriyovych and finding out Guilty in Delay of the Criminal Case Investigation and Direction the Materials top the Court"
V. L. Sivkovych is adopted on the post of the Chairperson of the Inquiry Panel and S. P. Kilinkarov is adopted on the post of his Vice-Chairman.
The corresponding Bill is registered in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, №4264.
